Return & Refund Policy

You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order, if:

• The item is unused, in original condition, and with all original packaging.

• You have a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order ID).

• Used or installed products.

• Items not in original packaging.

• Items damaged due to mishandling, misuse, or installation error.

• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).

• We allow product exchanges within 7 days, subject to availability.
• If the item is not available for exchange, you may request a refund.

• Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• If approved, your refund will be issued within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was delivered incorrectly or is defective.
